These glow in the dark ornaments are hand painted with 3 layers of glow in the dark vinyl. They are 3"x4" and natural sunlight or florescent lights should charge them. Will start to dim after 30-45 minutes but will continue to give off a glow from other decorative lights in the room. Comes in sets of 3.
