Shipping Policy
All orders made by Warped Vortex Art are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high volume seasons shipping may be delayed. All orders will be processed in the order they are received. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us. We appreciate your patience and are doing our best to ship all orders on time.

Items made by third parties will be indicated in item description. Items made by third parties are not refundable. If product is broken upon arrival please do not hesitate to reach me at warpedvortexart@gmail.com
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount and not the returned shipping cost.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at warpedvortexart@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
